My name is Enora. I am passionate about mental health and CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I taken on a lot of CBT to be on top of my game and also practise NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming to teach you exercises to master your mind, reach your goals and even self-hypnosis!

I work remotely evening and some weekends. I can visit you if you live in Essex or South Suffolk.
